Andrew from Bellingen Property was setting up his own Real Estate Agency and was looking to use Facebook to grow vendor and buyer awareness for his new venture. He had little knowledge about Facebook and was quite nervous about appearing online off brand and unprofessional.
We looked at the local market. WE looked at local agency competition to see how we could position Bellingen Property differently. We spoke with Andrew and what he thought made him different and we honed in on these things.

We set up a brand new Facebook Page for Bellingen Property and developed a tailored organic strategy designed to build local awareness and brand. We created the content, scheduled it and managed this page.
We also helped with the copy and some of the design of the website and collaborated with the web team for a seamless, branded conversation.
We then took some of the monthly budget, and created an ad strategy to bring in Sydney buyers to the page so they could see from a local agent local properties for themselves.
Results
We grew Bellingen Property from ZERO to just under 1000 follower with a new budget and time.
Bellingen Property has now a strong influx of Vendors and Buyers.
